My counseling style is client-centered, utilizing CBT, DBT, ACT, Psychoeducational, and Psychodynamic therapy.

I believe we are all unique individuals living through different experiences. My goal is to help you navigate through the darkness to help you live the life you want, acquiring the coping skills and tools needed. You are more than your trauma, inner childhood wounds, and the labels placed on you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I went to performing arts schools and wanted to be an actress and playwright originally. It wasn't until college, where I double majored in psychology and human services, that I fell in love with the way the mind works. From then on, it's been a beautiful journey working in schools, rehabs, psychiatric hospitals, and currently outpatient therapy.
