I am a first-generation Latina, mom, and therapist. My healing journey began in motherhood when I became determined not to pass down the pain I carried. I help clients break cycles, reconnect with themselves, and create the kind of life and relationships they truly want for themselves and the next generation.
My focus
I work primarily with women, mothers, and individuals navigating major life transitions. Many of my clients are processing the lasting effects of childhood trauma, cultural identity conflicts, perfectionism, or relationship challenges. I also specialize in supporting first-generation clients and new parents.

I integrate evidence-based therapies with holistic, collaborative approaches. My style is culturally responsive and trauma-informed, honoring the unique context and identity each client brings. I believe therapy is both a space for deep processing and a place to build practical tools you can use right away.
