My communication style

My communication style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, balanced with a willingness to gently challenge unhelpful patterns. I believe in creating a space where you can be your authentic self without fear of judgment. Clients often tell me I am both validating and practical.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist is deeply personal. My healing work began when I realized I did not want to pass down the pain I carried to my children. I became a therapist because I believe therapy can be a powerful tool for breaking cycles, healing intergenerational patterns, and reconnecting with oneself.

My goals for you

I start by helping you clarify what you want from therapy, both the big-picture changes and the smaller, day-to-day shifts that will get you there. We set goals collaboratively, making sure they feel meaningful and realistic. From there, I use a blend of evidence-based tools and reflective processing to address obstacles.

Our first session

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know you, what is bringing you in, what you are hoping to change, and what is important to you in therapy. We will explore your background, current challenges, and initial goals. My priority is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work ahead.
