Hi there, I'm Ayinde!

I am a seasoned therapist with experience spanning families, couples, and individuals of all ages. I am culturally sensitive and non-judgmental, with experience supporting those battling mental health, drug use, sexual addiction, and many other issues. Clients leave my sessions feeling empowered towards change and transformation.

My focus

I work with couples and individuals of all ages, including youth, young adults, children, and those 50+. I specialize in relationships, mental health challenges, addiction, and life transitions. All ages are welcome to my practice.

My approach

I approach therapy from the mindset that we all are capable of growth with support and guidance. We all want to feel love and respect. I create a safe, structured environment that helps clients develop self-sufficiency while honoring where they are in their journey.

A very supportive one, one of safety and security, one of understanding with structure which helps them grow, learn, and develop self-sufficiency.

My journey to mental healthcare

I lost both grandfathers to dementia and Alzheimer's, which led me to psychology. My journey through vocational rehabilitation and mental health entities inspired me to create my own healthcare organization, hiring qualified professionals who provide psychotherapy and medication management services.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting by meeting clients exactly where they are. Together, we paint a big picture of their future with their input, then take appropriate steps based on where they are toward that finished product.

Our first session

Our first session will consist of learning (assessment) about and of each other while building trust. Before I can help someone, I need to learn who they are and their history. Just as they need to know a little about me.
