I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Tampa, Florida, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with teenagers and adults and specialize in treating addiction, anxiety, anger management, and relationship difficulties, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, REBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for teenagers and adults who may be dealing with various challenges in life, which often take the form of anxiety, depression, stress, anger, substance abuse, and difficulties coping with their past. I assist clients with building up their coping skills with their various challenges.
My approach
My approach is that I quickly build rapport with my clients by meeting them where they are and listening closely to understand them as unique individuals. This approach leads to a healthy and fulfilling therapeutic relationship where clients feel supported and equipped with the tools they need to resolve their various life challenges.
