My communication style

I like to start out by getting to know you and providing a safe space for you to share whatever you are comfortable telling me. I hope we are able to build a trusting relationship.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career in the child dependency field and worked with children and families. I currently work in the hospital setting as an emergency room social worker, bringing real-world experience to our sessions.

My goals for you

I try to set smaller attainable goals each session, and then we can also set more long-term goals. I think setting something realistic and smaller can be a good way to slowly build on progress in therapy.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your goals and begin exploring how we can work together to help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
