My focus
My ideal clients are adults and teens weighed down by anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, learning challenges, or aging difficulties, and are ready to take meaningful steps toward change. Many are navigating life transitions, managing stress, or recovering from painful experiences, including loss of a loved one or pet.
My approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused therapy to address these challenges. I also offer evidence-based hypnosis when it's a good fit. I provide compassionate support for human and pet loss, helping clients navigate grief. Together we'll focus on practical tools, personal strengths, and a path forward.
