I am a bilingual mental health therapist who believes we all can benefit from speaking to a non-biased person. I am very open-minded and always show empathy toward all clients.

My focus

I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, families, and LGBTQ individuals. I have over 11 years of experience in treating trauma.

My approach

The therapeutic approaches I use are EMDR, CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, Bereavement, Motivational Interviewing, Reality, Acceptance and Commitment, Play therapy, and Christian Counseling.

I use empathy to build trust and rapport with clients. I have a very calm tone of voice when speaking to clients.

Success looks different for every client. Some see success as getting out of bed, while others may show success by getting along with their peers. It is my honor to be part of each client's journey.
