My approach is non-judgmental and compassionate, aiming to provide a safe space for you to heal from your past or current experiences. I offer an opportunity for growth in understanding yourself as well as others.
My focus
Are you feeling anxious, depressed, or isolated? I find most people have spent their lives feeling invalidated and misunderstood with no way to express themselves. My specialties include trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. I am willing to see individuals, couples, families, and minors (ages 13-17).
My communication style
I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to your unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Family Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Attachment-based Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Multicultural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL. This education has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to effectively guide clients on their healing journeys.

I aim to empower you with the tools and insights needed to navigate difficult emotions, improve relationships, and enhance your overall wellbeing. In our first session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and explore your current challenges, concerns, and goals. This will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share your story and begin your journey towards healing and personal growth.
