I use a holistic approach to help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

My focus

I work with clients who are overstimulated, overwhelmed, and who struggle with stress. This usually shows up in the form of anxiety or depression, responding from a triggered or wounded place, feeling easily irritated or frustrated, or reliving traumatic responses.

My approach

I utilize a client-centered approach where I prioritize the goals, values, and beliefs of the client, rather than just focusing on the problem. In addition, I focus on getting to the root issue, rather than just treating symptoms.

My communication style

I aim to be open-minded and non-judgmental. This allows me to listen to my clients and hear the problem from their perspective. In addition, I try to create a very healing, nurturing environment to decrease stimulation. I want my clients to walk away from our sessions feeling like they did something good for themselves.

My journey to mental healthcare

I enjoy helping people become better versions of themselves. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to grow and evolve. I also believe that we all deserve a life where we thrive, not just survive. This happens when we face the problems that prevent us from becoming who we need to be to step into that space.

I work together with my clients to create treatment goals. I want clients to address issues that are important to them, while I help to guide them in the process.
