My approach is client-centered, compassion-focused, and strength-based. I help clients recognize their strengths while addressing the emotional and behavioral challenges they choose to work on.

Compassion and collaboration are the cornerstones of my approach. I draw from Client-Centered Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Strength-Based work, CBT, Psychodynamic, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy, Family Systems, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to fit each client's personality, challenges, and goals.
