My communication style is warm, respectful, and straightforward. I take time to listen, explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly, answer questions, and encourage shared decision-making so clients feel informed and comfortable with their care.

My journey to mental healthcare

After more than 20 years in healthcare, I chose psychiatric nursing because I wanted to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. My experience in crisis stabilization and behavioral health inspired me to provide compassionate, accessible mental health care that helps people heal and thrive.

Together, we identify meaningful, achievable goals and create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. I monitor progress, adjust treatment when needed, and provide education and support to help you build confidence, resilience, and long-term wellness.

Our first session

Our first session is a conversation focused on understanding you. We'll review your history, current concerns, symptoms, and goals, discuss treatment options, and develop a personalized plan together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful.
