My approach to therapy is integrative in that I look at all aspects of the person in order to determine the cause and to identify solutions for problems. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, stress management, relationships, and overall well-being.

I typically work with young professionals and middle-aged adults. My clients tend to be hard-working and educated individuals. Often, they have achieved a great deal of success in their personal and professional lives, but just need a little help in a couple of areas.
My approach
I use an eclectic approach in therapy. I draw from different theoretical orientations in order to meet the needs of my clients. Among them are cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and positive psychology.
