I'm a psychotherapist who provides a sense of teamwork with my clients to help them meet their goals. My focus of practice is treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, marital counseling, couples counseling, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and more.

I typically work with clients who find themselves stuck in an uncomfortable situation and/or mindset and do not know how to navigate to feel better and meet their goals.

My approach

My theoretical approaches are to use a combination of modalities that will be most comfortable and effective for each client. Such treatment is CBT, Family Systems Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic work, to name a few.

My communication style

I know that gentleness is very powerful. I am respectful, kind, empathetic, and truly care about the well-being of my clients. Their happiness and comfort in therapy are very important to me.

I decided to become a therapist to be able to help others compassionately. No one should feel alone in life's struggles.
