I help people experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, substance use, intergenerational issues, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and difficulties adjusting to life changes. I work with individuals who have experienced brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, cardiac issues, diabetes, and chronic conditions, as well as caregivers.

My journey to mental healthcare

I'm passionate about being a psychologist. I've helped many people with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief, and trauma. Through my work with veterans, I became interested in rehabilitation psychology and worked with individuals with medical issues and traumas.
