My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into becoming a therapist began with a deep curiosity about why people behave the way they do, but also my own experience and barriers with my mental health. The path has been both meaningful and humbling, and it continues to guide the empathy, cultural awareness, and intentional care I bring to my work.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by creating a collaborative, goal-oriented space where we break down larger aspirations into manageable, meaningful steps. I tailor interventions to each client's needs, offering support, accountability, and encouragement so they can move toward lasting and sustainable change.

Our first session

Our first session together will be a time for us to start building the therapeutic relationship, getting to know each other on a professional and personal level. It will also be a time for me to help address any questions and concerns you may have about the process.
