Hi there, I'm Ashwini!

I have a holistic and spiritually integrative approach to healing. In addition to my clinical work, I practice as an intuitive channel and animal soul communicator. My goal is to support clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves, their life path, and the essence of their true identity.

My focus

I help clients live more meaningful, grounded, and fulfilling lives while reconnecting with their authentic self and soul identity. Using ACT as my primary framework, I offer a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

My approach is rooted in ACT and integrates psychology, Vedanta, Eastern esoteric traditions, and shamanic wisdom. I support clients in strengthening relationships, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and reconnecting with meaning, purpose, and commitment to life.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist grew from a deep curiosity about the human experience and a desire to support healing and transformation. I am drawn to the stories people carry, their resilience through adversity, and the healing that becomes possible when they feel truly seen and understood.

Goal setting in my practice is collaborative and personalized. I view clients as the architects of their own change and help identify goals that feel meaningful, realistic, and values-aligned. Together, we explore hopes, patterns, and steps toward sustainable emotional, relational, and spiritual growth.
