I specialize in mindfulness-based stress reduction, anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, depression, and Asian-American experiences. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and supported as we work through the challenges you're facing.
My focus
I work with individuals who are experiencing a variety of difficulties, including anxiety, perfectionism, PTSD, self-esteem, and anger. I also specialize in the college-age population, athletes, performers, and Asian-American experiences. I speak Tagalog, and I have first-hand experience with the issues that exchange students experience.
My approach
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Multicultural/Culturally-informed approaches. Together, we'll explore strategies that honor your unique background and help you build skills to manage stress and navigate life's difficulties.
