I listen deeply and respond with empathy, curiosity, and honesty based on clinically sound and evidence-based research, tools, and methods.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist grew from a deep sense of empathy and an early desire to help others feel understood and less alone. What continues to motivate me as a therapist is witnessing the moments when clients begin to see their own strength, reconnect with themselves and others, and find peace after pain.

We celebrate small victories & build momentum toward sustainable change- helping clients move from coping to truly thriving.

During our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and set the foundation for your work in therapy. I'll answer any questions you may have and walk you through what to expect during our sessions. We'll explore your reasons for coming to therapy and goals, both long-term and short-term.
