Hi there, I'm Rivka!

I am a Doctor of Psychology, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Master Addiction Specialist with over 16 years of experience in complex trauma recovery. I am the creator of The U-Model™, a specialized framework that unifies Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My focus

I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating complex trauma (C-PTSD), disorganized attachment, and moral injury. My expertise is particularly suited for: Survivors of trauma, including sexual abuse survivors and adult children of alcoholics or dysfunctional families.

My approach is grounded in The U-Model™, which blends the parts-work of IFS with the values-based action of ACT. I believe therapy should be more than just symptom management; it should be a transformative process that addresses the root of complex PTSD and moral injury.
