I'll validate your feelings, give you straight answers without jargon, and move you closer to the life you want.

My journey to mental healthcare

I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work. I understand narcissistic abuse from the inside out, which allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level and offer insights that go beyond textbook knowledge.

We'll work together to untangle the confusion so you can see the abuse clearly and stop blaming yourself. You'll break the trauma bond, rebuild your sense of self, and feel strong and in control. You'll leave with practical tools, emotional clarity, and the confidence to protect your peace.
