I am passionate about life and here to support my clients through rough times and overcome trauma-related issues, focusing on healing and building self-love and self-confidence.
My focus
I've worked with people who experienced trauma (sexual, physical, and/or psychological abuse during childhood, placed in foster homes, homeless, not feeling heard or validated, divorce, grieving, etc.). I focus on identifying symptoms and helping them deal with trauma-related issues while learning and practicing healthy and adaptive coping skills.
My approach
My main approach is Trauma-Focused and I've worked with victims of different traumatic events. I want my clients to say, 'I am healing myself on all levels.' I also use Mindfulness during sessions because focusing on the present moment creates new experiences that empower us and encourage moving forward.
