My journey to mental healthcare

Becoming a therapist was more than a career choice—it was a calling rooted in my passion for helping others heal, grow, and recognize their own resilience. Throughout my life, I have been drawn to supporting people during difficult seasons and creating spaces where they feel seen, heard, and understood.

I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership. Together, we’ll identify goals that are meaningful to you, whether that involves improving relationships, building self-confidence, managing challenges, or fostering personal growth.

Our first session

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore what led you to seek therapy. It’s completely normal to feel a bit nervous—this is a space we’ll build together over time. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to support and guide you throughout the process.
