Hi there, I'm Cassandre!

I’m a Christian, faith-based therapist licensed and located in the sunny (and sometimes rainy!) state of Florida.

My focus

I work best with Christian women facing trauma, abuse, relationship challenges, loss, codependency, boundary issues, and self-esteem struggles. My approach incorporates faith-based support alongside clinical treatment. I am not currently trained in working with LGBTQI+ clients.

I use CBT to change thinking patterns, DBT for emotional regulation, Narrative Exposure Therapy for complex trauma, and Interpersonal Therapy for relationship difficulties. My Christian counseling approach integrates biblical wisdom, spiritual disciplines, and prayer tailored to your needs.
