Susan Lane has given me just what i need. I’ve been working through a divorce after 30 years, my mother passing and also the loss my furry friend. She has a style that requires real work on my part and I have been very willing to put the time in. The results have been very noticeable to my friends, family and myself. I am grateful to have found such a good fit for me. Still have work to do but I’ve come a long way. If you are willing to dig deep and follow her program, Susan Lane should be strongly considered.
VERIFIED PATIENT TESTIMONIAL

Hi there, I'm Susan!

I am an MS, LMFT, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of experience helping individuals heal from heartbreak, narcissistic abuse, family conflict, grief, and life transitions. My work focuses on deeper therapy that moves beyond surface-level talk to address long-standing emotional pain and relationship patterns.

My focus

My integrative method combines neuroscience, CBT, EMDR-informed techniques, breathwork, and somatic emotional release for faster progress. Sessions are structured and active, with exercises between sessions. For couples, I use a skills-based program to improve communication and connection.

My approach

My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy by exploring patterns shaped by family systems, relationships, trauma, and narcissistic abuse. In treatment, I may incorporate reflective writing, somatic awareness, and mind–body regulation strategies to help you process emotions and create lasting change.
