I use an eclectic approach, most commonly utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Stress Management, Biofeedback, and Reality Therapy. These evidence-based techniques help you identify patterns, develop practical solutions, and build skills to overcome challenges holding you back.

My journey to mental healthcare

The desire to lead, help, and assist has always been something I found myself naturally doing. My desire grew from wanting to help youth to supporting anyone navigating difficult stages of life. I'm grateful when clients allow me into their world to witness their progress and growth.
