I specialize in anxiety, depression, family, and relational conflicts. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. I use Family Systems Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to aid clients in making changes.

I work with teens, young adults, and couples who struggle with internal and relational conflicts. My areas of focus are often around anxiety, depression, life challenges, and communication issues. I support my clients in navigating transitional phases, helping them build resilience and develop skills for personal growth and well-being.
My approach
Based on the needs of my clients, I integrate both Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. In using these modalities, I can see my client as an individual as well as the systems they live and work in.
