I’ve been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Sexologist for 26 years. I’ve helped individuals and couples in both traditional relationships and in those that don’t fit the heterosexual, monogamous, and/or dual gender model. My goal is to help you feel more connected to your loved ones and yourself.

Struggling in your life and/or relationships? Whether it’s an intrapersonal or interpersonal struggle, I can help. With a struggle within you, we’ll look at your life for where you got stuck, help that part heal, and learn different ways to be. With an interpersonal struggle, we’ll look at where the disconnect is and work on bridging the gap.
My approach
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is the core modality I use, though many other techniques, including mindfulness, breath work, sensate focus, and behavioral exercises, may be added to support your unique goals and progress. Trauma often comes up since abuse, as well as other traumas during development and experimentation, are common.
