My focus
I primarily perform individual counseling with adults and teens who may be struggling with things such as: anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, confidence.

In a first session, my goal is just to learn about you. I want to make sure that I am a good fit for you, and that your goals will be met. I am here to listen to you, providing non-judgmental and intuitive perspectives to help you gain the insight that you are looking for.
