I follow a client-centered, eclectic, and strengths-based approach to therapy. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues, and burnout. I meet my clients where they're at to develop goals toward wellness and a better life balance.

I follow an eclectic, client-centered, and strengths-based approach. I have had additional training in LGBTQ+ issues, grief/loss, and relationships, and I am trained in EMDR and certified in CBT.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was always the friend that people would confide in and seek advice from. I was also always interested in emotions and the power of our minds! I have traveled with many clients on some amazing healing journeys, which drives me to do this work.
