Because my practice is focused on women, I keep a smaller caseload so I can stay deeply focused on your patterns—not just your symptoms. Using CBT and DBT, you’ll learn to clearly understand and express your needs, thoughts, and emotions so you can respond more intentionally in the moments—and in the relationships—that matter most to you.

I work primarily with women who are dating, in relationships, starting over, or going through a breakup or divorce. You may find yourself overthinking, second-guessing, or getting pulled into the same dynamics—even when you’re trying to do everything right. I help you build healthier, more secure relationships.
