Life's ups and downs often lead us to develop coping methods that don't always serve us well. When faced with stress or unexpected situations, we may become confused, frustrated, withdrawn, or combative. Sometimes we need help developing positive coping skills to handle life's challenges. I'm here to provide that assistance.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in addressing anxiety, career challenges, conflict, depression, grief, self-esteem, anger management, behavioral problems, stress, trauma, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders.
My approach
I combine CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Strength-Based approaches. I believe in collaborating closely with you to design a personalized treatment plan. Together, we'll work to help you develop positive coping skills and resilience to navigate life's ups and downs.
