My goal is to ensure you feel seen, heard, and at ease as we get to know one another. My clients say that I am attentive, warm, direct, funny, and motivating. I spend our sessions getting to know you as a person, where you come from, what motivates you, what brings you hope and joy, and how we can get you to the next steps in your healing journey.

My goals for you

We will first work collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that will set the foundation to help reach your therapeutic goals. Your goals may change over time as you gain new insights, and that is perfectly normal! We will work together to restructure these goals.

Our first session

Our first time speaking will consist of completing an intake. Topics we will talk about will include your childhood, work history, medications, support system, past medical and mental health histories, and even tools or techniques that have worked for you now or in the past to help decrease your mental health symptoms.
