Hi there, I'm Linda!

Finding a new therapist can be a challenge. I hope to make that transition a welcoming one. As a client-centered trauma-informed therapist who specializes in pain reduction therapy utilizing trauma-informed evidence-based practices. I look forward to hearing from you so that I can walk alongside you in your journey towards growth and healing.

My focus

Are you someone who experiences chronic pain, anxiety, or depression? I work with adults who can use help in navigating life transitions, inner patterns that can increase distress in their lives. Whether you are working through unprocessed trauma, physical or emotional pain, we will work together to create unique and achievable goals.

My approach

I use CBT, ACT, trauma-informed, mindfulness, somatic, and pain processing therapy to help you gain insight into how your biography determines your biology. I ask insightful and thought-provoking questions to help you gain a new perspective on your overall functioning. Together, I will teach you evidence-based skills to improve your pain and life.

I believe that meaningful, thought-provoking questions can open the door to powerful insight. My goal is to help you connect more deeply with yourself, discover your own solutions, and create lasting change that feels authentic to who you are. True change can be achieved when one feels seen and heard. I can be that type of support for you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist from a deep curiosity about human resilience—how we heal, love, and grow after hardship. Working with diverse cultures taught me that resilience is shaped by experience and perspective, inspiring my passion to help others find new ways to heal and grow.

In our first session, we’ll explore your background, goals, and expectations for therapy. I’ll share my approach, and together we’ll create a personalized plan for your journey. We will touch on identifying your strengths and challenges, and tailor your goals and needs around that. You will be provided with empathy and calm insight.
