My communication style

I am direct, transparent, using terms that are clear to the client. No judgement, compassion and empathy are part of my interaction style. I also use respectful humor in my communication, as well as cultural sensitivity.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with a curiosity about the human mind and a desire to help others find happiness and strength. Working with survivors of disasters (in a war) helped me understand the power of human resiliency. I believe in healing, growth and the beauty of human connection.

My goals for you

I assist clients to identify their goals, from a client centered approach. The clients identify their objectives and we discuss and agree on setting realistic strategies to achieve them. The partnership between therapist and client will allow the clients to reach its dynamically grow.

Our first session

During a first session, I will introduce myself briefly, and I will allow you to explain part of your history, major symptoms that are present and preliminary goals you are interested in working on. The most important part will be establishing a trusting relationship, to start working together.
