I meet you where you are and create a tone that's calm, compassionate, and empowering. You'll be supported with curiosity, not pressure, and encouraged to move at your own pace.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of human connection, healing, and growth. Helping people feel seen, heard, and supported is deeply meaningful to me. I'm also a firm believer that healing doesn't just happen in the mind—it lives in the body, too. Movement is how I stay grounded, process emotion, and reconnect with myself.

My goals for you

My role is to walk alongside you on your path to healing. Together, we'll clarify what matters most—emotional balance, managing stress, processing trauma, or feeling more connected to your body. Through talk therapy and movement-based techniques, I'll help you develop practical tools to regulate your nervous system and build confidence.

Our first session

Your first session is about getting to know you. We'll create a comfortable space where you can share what's bringing you in and what you hope to get from therapy. We'll discuss your current challenges and goals. I'll introduce our holistic approach and explain how movement might be incorporated when you're ready.
