I work with survivors of trauma, military members and veterans, and people navigating relationship issues, life transitions, grief, depression, and anxiety. My goal is to help you find growth and healing through a collaborative, genuine approach.

I work across the spectrum from brief, solution-focused visits to deeper attachment or trauma-related work. I have extensive experience with depression, anxiety, adjustment, life transitions, and family or relationship dynamics.

I use attachment and developmentally informed frameworks while creating experiential opportunities within our therapeutic relationship. We work collaboratively to identify solutions and find growth and healing together.

My communication style

I am genuine, collaborative, and conversational. I bring my real, authentic self to sessions and hope you do too. We work through difficult stuff together, where I may challenge you or reflect on things that are hard to hear, always within a supportive relationship.

My journey to mental healthcare

Working with at-risk young adults in higher education, I realized I thrive on connecting with people and being part of their stories. Witnessing people grow and find healing they never thought possible is an immeasurable gift and deeply fulfilling.

We dive right into what's bringing you to therapy and figure out the best use of our time together moving forward. We'll talk about your history, and you will be treated like a whole, unique, and valuable person.
