I help adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. I use a collaborative and person-centered approach to therapy, focusing on your strengths and resources that could enable you towards improved mental well-being.

I work with adult clients who present with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, borderline personality disorder, substance abuse, trauma, anger management, and low self-esteem/self-confidence.

My approach

I use an eclectic client-centered approach incorporating Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Positive Psychology, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My approach is to facilitate a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment for clients to feel comfortable enough to freely express themselves and discuss difficult topics.
