My name is Dr. Racheal Noble. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Florida. I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision, specializing in Marital, Couples, and Family Therapy, from Barry University. I also hold a Master's in Counseling, specializing in Forensics Psychology, from Adler University, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Purdue University.
My approach
My approach to mental health services is viewing the patient as the expert in their therapeutic space while I provide empathy, support, and evocative questions to facilitate change. I utilize Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Adlerian modalities in my practice.
My focus
I am willing to see individuals, couples, and families. My specialties include addiction, aging, anger management, anxiety, career counseling, depression, family conflict, grief, life transitions, parenting, pregnancy/prenatal/postpartum issues, relationship issues, suicidal ideation, trauma and PTSD, and women's issues.
My communication style
I am passionate about being an upstanding and morally standard provider. My goal in therapy is to invite patients into a safe emotional space where they feel supported in making the changes they desire in their lives.
My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision, specializing in Marital, Couples, and Family Therapy, from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida between August 2014 and December 2021. Prior to that, I completed my Master's in Counseling with a specialization in Forensics Psychology from Adler University, and my Bachelor's in Psychology from Purdue University.

My first session with you
In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and begin to establish our therapeutic relationship. I will strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel safe to share your story and start the process of working towards your goals.
