I provide a non-judgmental safe space for clients to process their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. I provide clients with a genuine perspective in therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always loved to help people. Since I was a kid, I used to volunteer to help in school. As the years passed, my friends and family would ask me for life advice. I discovered I was interested in becoming a psychotherapist.

My goals for you

Depending on the client's needs and wants, we create mutually agreed SMART goals for clients to work towards.

Our first session

During the first session, we would start to get to know each other. We would also talk about the client's goals for therapy and create an action plan to accomplish these goals.
