Hi there, I'm Noel!

I provide counseling and psychotherapy with a focus on creating a respectful, compassionate space free from stigmatizing labels. My goal is to help you navigate life's challenges with understanding and support tailored to your unique needs.

My focus

I work with clients who suffer from all different types of psychological disorders, including mood and anxiety disorders, psychotic and personality disorders, trauma, stress-related disorders, behavioral and sexual disorders.

My approach

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and rational-emotive counseling.

My communication style

My style of communication is very open and free, but at the same time, direct. Clients can speak freely in any communication style that works best for them without scrutiny or judgment. As a therapist, I encourage clients to be themselves and talk openly.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for studying psychopathology, in addition to my interest in studying human behavior and the development of psychological issues, is what attracted me into the field of counseling and psychology.

My goals for you

After a clinical diagnosis has been made, a treatment plan will be formulated, in which the client and therapist mutually agree upon the goals and objectives that are created in the treatment plan together.

Our first session

Clients should expect to discuss the primary reasons for their enrolling and attending therapy sessions, in addition to describing what they would like to accomplish and get out of the clinical process.
