My journey to mental healthcare

After graduating with my Bachelor's degree, I began working in 2004 in the field of social services. I assisted grieving families as a Hospice Social worker, and shortly thereafter, with a strong desire to aid individuals in overcoming emotional/mental health hurdles, I began my training in Mental Health Counseling.

My goals for you

Goal setting is crucial to our work together. Through collaboration, you'll identify specific goals, explore motivations, and assess barriers and resources. We'll create an action plan and review progress regularly to ensure you're moving forward.

Our first session

In our first session, I'll introduce myself, explain your rights and confidentiality limits, and give you space to share what brings you to therapy and relevant family history. This helps us begin building a foundation for our work together.
