I was drawn to this field through my passion for helping others find healing and strength during life's hardest moments. I have been inspired by the resilience of my clients and committed to walking alongside them in their growth and recovery.

I work collaboratively with clients to define meaningful, realistic goals that align with their values and needs. Together, we break goals down into manageable steps and review progress regularly to celebrate successes and adjust as needed.

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we get to know each other. We'll explore what brought you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin identifying strategies to help you move toward the changes you want.
