My journey to mental healthcare

I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in residential, inpatient, and outpatient settings. I am also a certified Equine Psychotherapist and have always loved connecting and engaging with people and animals.

I use a solution-focused, strength-based approach and mindfulness techniques to promote healing and personal growth. Whether you want to strengthen relationships, manage moods, or heal from trauma, I can guide you through life's challenges.
