My therapeutic approach is compassionate and authentic, focused on connecting with clients and helping them develop toward personal empowerment and emotional stability.

My approach

My approach to therapy employs integrative interventions including CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and others, tailored to each client's unique needs. I utilize excellent assessment and evaluation skills to quickly establish rapport and provide effective support for issues such as anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, sexual dysfunction, trauma, and other mental health diagnoses.

My focus

I work with individuals, couples, families, and minors aged 13-17. My specialties include anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, borderline personality, codependency, coping skills, trauma, PTSD, anger management, bipolar disorder, family conflict, grief, suicidal ideation, LGBTQIA+ issues, and relationship issues.

My communication style

My goals for you

My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive space to process your experiences, build coping skills, gain self-awareness, and work toward positive change and growth. I aim to tailor my approach to your unique needs, helping you feel truly heard, understood, and empowered in our work together.
