I'm a licensed therapist with 15 years of experience working in the state of Georgia and now in Florida as well. I have supported individuals and families through some of life's toughest moments (incarceration, juvenile justice involvement, DFCS involvement, etc.). As a therapist, I understand how important it is to have a space to purge.
My focus
I love working with adults juggling a lot and trying to find balance. I also love working with couples that are struggling to find balance again with their forever partner, parents, caregivers, and anyone who is genuinely ready to heal, grow, and feel more like themselves again. Starting therapy feels like a big step, and it IS.
