My focus
At this time, I prefer working with adult patients. I feel comfortable working with most disorders, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mood disorders. I also work with substance abuse addiction.
My approach
I am trained in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and also in Humanistic and Existential theory. I believe in the good in individuals and promote mindfulness and healthy relationships. I am a certified grief specialist also.
