My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to mental healthcare because I’ve always believed in the importance of addressing the whole person—mind, body, and soul. My experiences at the VA Medical Center deepened my passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health and empowered me to become an advocate for reducing stigma and increasing access to care.

Together, we break these goals into manageable steps, tracking progress along the way and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure success. Our first session

During our first session, we’ll introduce ourselves and discuss your concerns and goals. I’ll then take a detailed patient history, including symptoms, previous treatments, and relevant background information, to ensure a thorough understanding of your needs. We’ll work together to develop a personalized treatment plan.
