I work with adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in patterns like people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional over-responsibility, or ignoring their own needs. Many of my clients appear “put together” on the outside but feel exhausted inside — and they’re ready for real change.

My approach is warm, direct, and practical. We won’t just talk — we’ll build emotional regulation skills, boundaries, self-worth, and nervous-system stability.
