My journey to mental healthcare

In my family and life, I have experienced exposure to mental health and addiction at a young age. I have first-hand experience of having family cope with with serious mental illness and addiction.

My goals for you

I enjoy assisting clients by providing support, positivity and encouragement with setting their life changing goals and improving their mental health. I use motivational interviewing and a person-centered approach to assist clients in creating goals that they can accomplish and that can improve their quality of life.

Our first session

Our first session is centered around my understanding of my client's needs and goals. This is our foundation to build upon, and I hope to provide a comfortable and empathetic environment.
